The University and United Academics have agreed to continue continue past practice for a limited time in the calculation of compensation for overload assignments. The agreement will allow time in fall 2014 for faculty and administration to develop Professional Responsibility policies, including an overload policy, under ARTICLE 17 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The Memorandum of Understanding will terminate on July 1, 2015 unless it is extended by mutual agreement.

- Other FIGs
- General Education Renaissance
- Rutherford Initiative (for courses on the Middle East)
- OEMBA
- Humanities Program
- Freshman Seminars
